Smoked Salmon Bagel
Ingredients:
- 1 Bagel
- Some cream cheese (reduced fat preferred)
- Smoked salmon (your choice, I personally prefer the Costco pinkish salmon)
- Red Onion, sliced in small rings
- Some capers
Steps:
- Lightly toast the bagel
- Spread the cream cheese on it
- Put the salmon onto the bagel, then the onion and capers
- I sprinkle some lemon pepper to taste
- DO NOT put salt on it, the smoked salmon is already salty…
Enjoy with a glass of grapefruit juice to break down the food. Happy Breakfast!
