Smoked Salmon Bagel

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bagel
  • Some cream cheese (reduced fat preferred)
  • Smoked salmon (your choice, I personally prefer the Costco pinkish salmon)
  • Red Onion, sliced in small rings
  • Some capers

Steps:

  1. Lightly toast the bagel
  2. Spread the cream cheese on it
  3. Put the salmon onto the bagel, then the onion and capers
  4. I sprinkle some lemon pepper to taste
  5. DO NOT put salt on it, the smoked salmon is already salty…

 

Enjoy with a glass of grapefruit juice to break down the food. Happy Breakfast!
