Avocado Toast INGREDIENTS: 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, at room temperature 2 slice bread, toasted 1/2 ripe avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and thinly sliced 1 tablespoon olive oil Sesame seeds Microgreens Feta Cheese, optional Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste DIRECTIONS: Toast bread and spread butter in an even layer on bread. Spread with avocado; drizzle with olive oil and top with sesame seeds and feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Take a picture and serve immediately.
