May Improve Brain Health- The keto diet was actually created by a scientist looking for a way to use nutrition to help children who suffer from epilepsy. The idea of using ketones to improve brain function has spread to other diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

Improved Skin Conditions- Because you eat plenty of plumping fats and less processed carbs on the keto diet, you can expect to see improved skin clarity. Many people who have been on the keto diet for some time have claimed that their acne has cleared significantly.
