Baked White Cod

Ingredients

  • Fresh or frozen cod
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt
  • Cheese – I prefer cheddar

Steps:

  1. If the cod is fresh, just dry it with a paper towel
  2. If the code is frozen, deforest it and dry it with a paper towel
  3. Pre-heat the oven in 400-degree Fahrenheit
  4. Put a baking sheet or foil on the tray, spray with oil
  5. Coat the fish with Cayenne pepper and some black pepper
  6. Put more oil onto the fish before putting it into the oven
  7. Bake it for like 10 minutes
  8. Take it out and put cheese on it
  9. Bake it for another 5 minutes
  10. Serve it with lemon juice and sale/pepper

Tips:

I like it with butter, so I melt some butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together and pour it over the fish.
