Baked White Cod
Ingredients
- Fresh or frozen cod
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt
- Cheese – I prefer cheddar
Steps:
- If the cod is fresh, just dry it with a paper towel
- If the code is frozen, deforest it and dry it with a paper towel
- Pre-heat the oven in 400-degree Fahrenheit
- Put a baking sheet or foil on the tray, spray with oil
- Coat the fish with Cayenne pepper and some black pepper
- Put more oil onto the fish before putting it into the oven
- Bake it for like 10 minutes
- Take it out and put cheese on it
- Bake it for another 5 minutes
- Serve it with lemon juice and sale/pepper
Tips:
I like it with butter, so I melt some butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together and pour it over the fish.
